FAQ: Shipping, Address changes, Preorder, etc.
I’m not responsible for any custom taxes or lost mail. Please understand I’m not a shipping company, once it leaves my house its not my responsibility anymore but instead the post office.

- “The preorder sold out/I missed the preorder!! Will you restock again ??”
A preorder funds the item’s production. So yes; preorder items will ALWAYS return to the store once I receive them.
- “What is a preorder??”
A preorder is exactly what it sounds like, an initial order of an item that helps FUND the full production of a product! You’ve probably at some point have participated in a preorder in some way shape or form from a major company. For example when you order a bts album and they dont have any hints of what the concept is etc, thats a preorder. You are paying bighit to make the cds, which you typically wait a month or so till the CD gets to you. Its the same process here, just with pins.
Preorders are limited in availability and are at a slightly lower cost.
- “How do you grade your pins?”
- “How do they work??”
A preorder works just like a normal order. You’ll go to the store/site/listing that is provided and make a purchase as you normally would--
HOWEVER– a preorder is not an immediate thing. Once you place a preorder you are making a CONSCIOUS DECISION to wait for the item to actually be made before receiving it. Which can take around 2-3 months.
Depending on the design of the pin and how much i order is the reason it can take long. My manufacturer hand paints each pin, each color. They have to wait till one color drys to come back and do another drop. PLEASE keep that in mind when emailing me a month later why i I havent shipped your pin.
Please, if you are not able wait to during that timeline, please refrain from participating in the preorder and instead wait for the item to be listed at a later date.

- “I preordered this thing and now I don’t want it :T Can I get my money back”
I will NOT refund your preorder after it has been sent off to production. I send the money to my manu for production so I can’t refund you money I don’t have, ALL FUNDS FOR PREORDERS GO INTO MAKING THE PRODUCT!
- “I want to cancel my order, it’s not a preorder…is that okay?”
No, all sales are final. With that said please check if you already bought the pin, etc as there has been a few times someone forgot they bought a pin and bought the same one.
- “I want to change my address / My item came damaged/where is---”
If you have any questions pertaining to the actual nature of the item PLEASE EMAIL ME. I try not respond to questions in my DMs. It’s too hard to keep track of.
PLEASE put your name and the order number, with the problem (any pics is great) in your email. I do not know who you are by just saying there was a mistake on your order.

- “I never got my package—I want a refund”
If your item is lost in the mail, I’m sorry but in most cases I can’t send you a new item (because I don’t have the stock) nor can I refund you. I can’t be placed at fault for what happens to your mail when it leaves my house. All orders come with a tracking number, if you have issue with your package please call your post office and inquire there. Please call your local post office to try to figure out what happened, as well as talk to your mail man or your neighbors. Its most likely your mail man gave it to a different house that has the same numbers as you, as this happens to me a lot.
- “Can I combine my order?”
As of right now, NO.
- “How much is shipping?”
For my shop its USA $4.00 | INTL $9.00, if you order around 5 pounds or more shipping for each increases! As for etsy I don’t put in the shipping price and let usps rate the weight of your package!
- “Do you ship internationally?”
I sure do!
- “I dont see this pin? where is it?”
If the pin isnt shown on my store or etsy most likely its sold out.
- “Why cant i add this in my cart?”
At these situations it’s because you are trying to add a “Coming Soon” item in your cart which as it says, its coming soon. Please check if it says coming soon or sold out, as the answer to your questions can be right in front of you.
- “Is this pin in your shop update/preorders?”
I get this question a lot when I post a informative post of what pins are going up. In that post I have all the pins that will be going up on that shop update, meaning if you dont see a pin in there, it isnt in the shop update.
- “Whats the update on this pin?”
I update the status everytime my manu does, I have a insta story called “pin updates” and a form when you click the link in my bio called “pin status” these two things are any updates I have. If you dont see a update on the pin you are asking about, it’s because I have nothing.
